It's a few days before Christmas, and in a week online blogs will be inundated with topics about New Years Resolutions for 2012. January is definitely a time to make adjustments and to evaluate your business model, but if you don't know by now what changes you'll be making to your business, then it's unlikely that a week will make much of a difference.
