PayPal is increasing fees for Mass Payments sent outside the U.S., making it potentially much more expensive for those who use the feature to make international payments.
PayPal's Mass Payment feature allows users to send affiliate commissions, customer rebates, survey incentives and more. Currently, Mass Payment fees are 2% of each recipient's payment amount up to a maximum of $1.00 per recipient, or the foreign currency equivalent of $1.00.
