eBay issued a press release on Thursday announcing its new jobs site. The timing couldn't be more awkward, coming one day after eBay announced it would be looking to fill the top slot at PayPal after Scott Thompson made the surprise announcement he was stepping down to head Yahoo.
The announcement said eBay Inc. is hiring, and the new eBay Careers site will offer information about eBay's portfolio of businesses and work locations, including positions at recently acquired companies GSI Commerce, Milo and WHERE.
