We don't really know what PESA intends to do, I know that they have been instructing members to use the 120 day listing option on their store items on or before Feb 17th, therefore not having to pay the increased final value fees for at least 120 days.
Auction rules are that the fees being charged on the day you list is the fees you pay when the auction ends. Ebay can not change these fees until after the auction ends and is re-listed.
Rumor has it these members will cancel their good till cancelled store items and change them to 120 day listings. If all the big PESA members did that, it would still really help the fight, as it shows they are very upset too!
We all need to stick together.
