Hi
I opened my store this afternoon and I did not realize that the user name would be my store name. I tried to open another store but it would not allow it to be done with the same e-mail address.
I have e-mailed ecrater and no response.
Can I change my store name? |

I'm not a member of eCrater.
But, you should be able to change the e-mail address on the account of the store with the incorrect name. Then, you should be able to open a store with the name that you want using the e-mail address that you want.
OR
Have you tried closing/deleting the store with the incorrect name?
G'luck. I hope someone with the *right* answer comes along soon. |

I'm with e-crater and yes you can change it,
by going to the left column in your Administration
Side ...
And when I went there to look - apparently they've
deleted/removed that option ...
Hmmmmmmmm ..... Interesting!

| Yes. It appears that it can be done by contcting ecrater. I had already deleted the wrong store and resign up That works also |
