As you notice that eBay has increased the Insertion Fee and the Final Value Fee over the years, while the price of goods sold is falling. What does it mean? That means there is room for a NEW AUCTION SITE!!!!
Go to the website “face-bid”, we don't charge a Registration fee, or even a auction fee, nor do we charge a percentage fee at the end of your sale.
face-bid, aims to create a model that is inexpensive for all consumers listing items on our auction platform. We also wanted to give the people of Facebook something to use, something that integrates with there Facebook friends, wall and pages.
Well here it is. Over the next week or so face-bid will be installing their NEW and Custom Built Integration mod that will let members, not only list items on face-bid but also on Facebook. Only with the click of a button.
Check it out and try it!

A couple questions about it...
1. What's social about it that is different from any other site?
2. Both eBay and Facebook lawyers are notorious for lawsuits against site owners that copy color schemes, partial names (for eBay, anything that uses "BAY") etc of their sites, so I am wondering what your plan is there? If you ever get successful, how much do you have in cash reserve for legal fees over the name "FACE-Bid" and your "Social Network BAY" slogan? |

In reply to your post regarding face-bid Limited!!
1, Social as it will integrate with social network sites,
2, While you may have a point regarding previous law suits, we are a UK company, governed by UK laws, this name is registered at company’s house, and the colors "although" similar are NOT the same,
That is the whole point of registering a company, the UK Company’s house check before issuing the name that it is free to use and satisfy’s their strict guidelines regarding similarity, and availability, ours satisfied them and is now protected by UK laws, we did not just buy a domain name and started this up, but thanks for asking.

Also while we are on this point, can i ask you a few questions...
1. How do you think it is possible for any business to trade mark a single work unless it is a company name... (Bay) (Face)...
2. Also regarding our SLOGAN!! Social Network Bay is what it is. As i explained in the last post we are about to release a mod that will integrate all listings with (Social Network site Facebook) hence the reason we use that slogan.

| It's kinda the same old same but I did enjoy that realtime visitor thing you have installed very much. It said I was from Utica which is closer than many of the other types of those trackers. |
