| Does anyone know of any open class action lawsuits against eBay? If yes, can you tell me where i can find them and read about them? What about AARP? Anyone know if they will do anything about eBay's discriminating against the elderly and handicapped? eBay is keeping me from making an income and I'm handicapped, home bound and over 65 and was a small seller,but what I did make made a big difference to me. |

I think that charge would be difficult to prove even circumstantially. I can't think of one ebay policy that's discriminatory based on age/handicap.
What have I missed that you see as such a policy? |

Most major cities have firms that do a number of class action lawsuits. I would guess you'd have an easier time getting a large firm to look into it rather than a small firm as the suits take an insane amount of time and resources that small firms can't afford.
If you know anyone who is an attorney, they could probably tell you whether or not you would have to look in your own state or look in eBay's back yard. |

of course, if you want money for yourself, not the lawyers, small claims court might be the way to go.
