Paypal reversed a payment from December, because of a dispute started
by a would-be customer, who claimed not to have received his purchase.
I sent proof of delivery / tracking number to Paypal. Two weeks went by
and the dispute is over, and the money is gone!
So, Do I need to get a signature on All my shipments now, or just not accept Paypal? What the heck?! |

How much was the item sold for? I think signature is required for items over $250.00 (check PayPal - search their help section or Google).
Don't know if it will help, but try contacting the post office and try getting a statement from the local carrier - longshot. If you did everything according to their rules then file a complaint with the post office - its mail fraud. Also file a complaint with your attorney general against ebay and with your local state rep - be prepared for ebay to harass you account though. |

That a the huge problem, ebay/paypal expects seller to pay for shipping/insurance/signature confirm, and always sides with buyer.... no matter what.
most buyers dont need or like signature confirmation, especially if they live in a safe neighborhood. |

| Remember for order over $250 ebay requires signature delivery. I use for all order over $100 and many over $50 if its new customer. |
