PSU was “born” when eBay implemented rate increases in early 2005. It now has been a little over a year since PSU started and we have grown significantly. Unfortunately so has the cost and time required to keep the site running.
If you find value in PSU and would like to help me continue to develop this site and services please consider giving us a donation.
I love this site and its members it is truly a great community and I have made many friends here. I plan on keeping PSU going as long as possible. In the near future PSU will be providing hosting and store service that will hopefully help fund this site. Until theses services get off the ground any donations will be greatly appreciated.
We now accept paypal and Amazon.
Since the site is totally free there is not much extra I can offer for your donations.
I did come up with a few ways to show my appreciation. For every dollar you donate you will get 10 feedback points. Feed back points aren't really used much right now besides showing people how active you are on the forum. Maybe we can come up with some way to use them in the future.
I have plenty of gmail invites so if you don't already have one and are interested let me know. gmail is the best web based email available as of today your mail box size will be over 2704 megs and it grows everyday.
Finally for every member that donates $5 or more dollars you will get a nifty banner under your id that says you are a powersellersunite supporter |

Hey PSU...
curious if you will accept any other forms of payment other than PayPal...
I am more than happy to Donate, but don't want to use PayPal if it can be helped..
maybe a P.O.Box # for mailing or any other creditcard acceptance???
If PP is the only way at this time , then it's No Problem. |

| Yeah...something that don't charge you a fee for accepting a payment. That way you get the whole enchilada...or in my case, a tortilla chip! ;) |

| P.S. I am the one that someone asked for $1.00 because they needed it in their paypal and I sent it right away because I know how that can be. I had a chargeback that was not right because it was sent and insured. Let Me Know,Later! |

I just want to say thank you for those that have donated and are interested in donating.
I just picked paypal because it's the easiest and is compatible with the forum software. I hope google wallet comes soon. If you are interested in donating outside of paypal just send me a PM and I will give you the proper information. I am in the middle of setting up a business address and account and will post that once it is setup. I will then manually add you as a donor on the site. |

Maybe it can be like Public Radio. It's a great model. Give what you can, when you can, which means I probably will be doing a small amount each month if I can.
It's just a suggestion. Since I listen to WSHU, a classical public radio station, I get to listen to the pledge drives, too. I do think that PSU is one of the most valuable sites online and I'll do something by the end of this month and try to keep it going every month. |
