This could be disastrous, as PayPal will only protect us from the purchase if there is a confirmed address. The phone number came through...I had no idea where it was purchased, so I asked the woman while on the phone with her. I don't check on my ecrater email all of the time, because I don't have many sales here...but, the email that ecrater sent DID include the address.

This seems to be a come and go problem with PP for the last month or so. More so on some sites than on others.
I've had about a 1/2 doz of those no addy PPs come thru, but most of the time the sites own email has the addy in it.

I see that now...but at first I didn't know where it was bought. Way too many places I list on. The problem is, I can't afford to lose the money if someone were to say they didn't get their item. No PayPal protection for me. This item happened to be about $225. :(

| Unfortunately this sounds like a PP rather than eCrater problem, so I'm not sure what you can do other than let PP know. |

At least you are getting notice. Monday I had 2 orders and today 1 that I didn't get any notice for at all. They were not from eCrater but from my own web site tho.
For no address if you click the "details" link in the transaction on PP, you will find out what and/or where they bought something. The address will/should also be there and will say if it's confirmed or not. At least all that is what I was able to find for the sales I had that I didn't get the notices.

No, it didn't have anything in the details in my PayPal account. I have been using PayPal shopping cart that I code myself for years now, and never had this problem with my site...so I am not sure it is PayPal.
Thanks all...just be aware that their is a problem. I do wish admin at eCrater would look into this.

Same with me for my site -- PP cart I do myself. This is the first time I've had problems since I started my site over 5 years ago.
The address is something on eCraters end I think or a combination problem, but for me not getting the notice is on PP's end.
