While I was checking my Network Solutions account today, I saw a promo for eBay stores. Set up a store for $9.95 a month ... and get one month free! So I checked back on eBay, and they are sticking with their rent hike for the rest of us at $15.95.
I don't want to read anything into this, but you have to wonder if they aren't starting to think about two levels of a basic storefront... one at 9.95 and the other at 15.95. |

I would really hate to think that even EBay has sunk that low. Might be, but I think I'd have to wonder before giving up my information. |

They could be offering that without the stats program. You can buy the stats program without the store for @ $7 a month, but it is part of the $15.95 package.
I think the store would be a waste without the stats. |
