Usually they are pretty fast cz, although they are short-staffed. Did you try the "Contact Us" link on their Community Page?
Perhaps too, it's the holiday weekend, some sites may be allowing their staff to observe the holiday.
I've been holed away working on taxes and a huge project, so I haven't been around anywhere much lately. Sorry I can't be much help. Do try the Contact Us link.

Thank you, everyone for your helpful and courteous answers. I did contact them when I was signed in. I realize that some sites don't have the manpower that feepay does. BUT, I would rather wait and get a professional answer than to go on live help and get an incompetent CS rep...like at the bay. GRRRR!!!!!
