 I have a question about the shipping matrix page. As I go through the table, I fill out the charge for each weight. Is this correct? I'm not sure why this page is difficult. I'm so used to the Ebay calculator. This is a bit off. You have to determine the shipping cost to the farthest point in the country and charge everyone that rate?
Thanks in advance for any response.

Welcome to PSU RLW and thanks for posting your question
Are you refereing to the new PSU stores? Or overall auction site set-ups?
Most of the time I merely use USPS Priority Mail which includes the box, label adn in my area--Packing material :D --So long as the item weighs under 1LB it's the best way for me to ship items through-out the USA |

 Thanks for your response. Oh, how new of me. No, I'm setting up an Ecrater site and am trying to fill out the Shipping Matrix page.
Thanks again,

No problemo !
I've moved your topic to the Ecrater thread and hopefully users over there can assist you with your issue
Good luck! |

GeorgiaRose,
Hello and welcome!
Yes, you have the general idea. I cheat and use the seller shipping calculator that e offers. I tend not to pick the furthest place, which in my case would be Hawaii, instead I use New York. Also, when setting up the shipping, be sure to figure in any insurance and handling that you wish to have.
I hope that this is of some small help. |

Welcome to PSU!!! I'm smack in the middle of the country, so typically use USPS site, determine to CA and NY, then go with what's logical based on those 2 figures!
Glad you're here - I'm at eCrater, but don't use any shipping calcs. anywhere - put my shipping into my listing so it's right there and I don't have to enter into a new/different field!
:D :D :D |
