According to NASDAQ, BV's grace period for their 10K filing ended May 5. As it looks, it will be delisted within 2 days. The removal date is generally two business days following the expiration of the grace period.
That would be Wednesday, May 10th.

Interesting is also that as of today the help forum was not attended by CS since April 27. Sellers have bought enhancement credits fron BV but never got them credited to their account. Interesting situation.
