I had a customer contact me today and demand 100% return of their shipping cost to them. The problem is that only one box out of 3 was ruined and a replacement is on its way. I told the customer that they should request that amount from the company fulfilling the order. They then responded by contacting paypal and requesting a FULL refund of $650! The shipping amount was $128. Paypal responded by telling them that it was over 45 days old and they were sh*t outta luck.
I hate Paypal as much as everyone else, but for once I got lucky and they took my side! |
