I'm on high speed DSL and these page load times at ebay are just as bad and sometimes worse than my dial-up performance. No other sites are behaving this way...
well with the exception of PSU posts not going thru lol

...I get the same activity - sometimes I have to hit stop & refresh just to try and load again. But why ask them to update servers, etc? It's like painting a sinking ship

That's another reason to hate E.
With all the money they make ( how many BILLIONS was it last year ??!!) you would think they could have absolutely THE best most up to date equipment there is to keep the site functioning properly.
But sometimes the site acts like they forgot to feed the mice that day LOL.
Seems like the only place all our fees go is to line execs golden parachutes.

i think it depends on what kinda useless "enhancements" they're currently working on when ya get onto the site...

but they do seem to run better on sun than that wretched IBM system they were using!

And now what's worse... my image host service is working behind the scenes to see why after years of working just fine, I'm now getting this new fun error message:
Please enter your correct information in the highlighted fields below. Item description - Your listing cannot contain javascript (".cookie", "cookie(", "replace(", IFRAME, META, or includes), cookies or base href.
Of course it doesn't contain anything of that sort - but without it being allowed, several pics cannot be seen in the auction
Whatever - I guess it wouldn't surprise me if FeeBay finally cut the rope on these services in an effort to make sellers pay for their extra images

Somebody say sloooooooooooooooow! The E_ _ _ has never been slower but then I'm still running minimum on there. The chargeback me again ... :( and the customer doesn't know what's up. Paypal --- uggh!
On the lighter side Spring is here, college is out and I'm lovin' it! |
