| Hi, actually, eCrater does have a feedback system, but, only buyers who use paypal are able to leave feedback. Payments made with cashier's checks, personal checks, money orders, or any other payment method, are not able to leave feedback. Sellers do not leave feedback at all. This feedback system is pretty recent, I think around Jan. Have a great evening! |

Hi RLW,
to view feedback, there is a link included in each eCrater store. As far as leaving feedback, I believe that the buyer is supposed to get an email asking them to leave feedback and provides the link to do so. But, the buyer will only get this feedback email if the purchase was made with paypal. I think there was some confusion about the whole feedback system and a discussion thread about the feedback system was started on the eCrater community forum. Hope this helps!
Also, I'm wondering if any sellers have had any luck selling books in their eCrater stores??

Check out the eCrater forum on this subject, there are several threads.
Only the buyer can leave feedback. When you purchase something at EC you get an email with a confirmation of the purchase and a link for the feedback. If the buyer does not leave feedback after 20 days or so EC sends out a reminder email. If the buyer pays by anything other than paypal they cannont leave feedback. This policy is not stated on the EC site, you need to read the threads in the forum (community) |
