| I'm so glad you've come to PSU, ArtByUs. I've been a member for a couple of years as a buyer. I have some friends who have come over from Ebay and have sold there. I keep trying to get more and more but it's not easy -- I think it's an eBay addiction thing or not wanting to take time to let their customers know they're moving. Who knows :roll: I love your site and I hope you benefit from eBay's fee hikes. There's a lot of artists with stores there and it's obvious from the prices they're selling at that they're going to be losing really big time by next month. |

old thread - but in light of the recent feebay events, it does need refreshing :lol:
Artbyus also has whole boatload of free tools that help you advertise your auctions there, they have a thing that generates the code to place your auctions on your own website, and match the colors to what you already have there as well.
The part that I like best is that it's 100% free - what a nice change from feebay's chunk of change they would take. Oh, and the best part: they don't allow any cheap reproduction paintings from far east (or anywhere else, for that matter) - so we don't have to compete against "original handpaint monet piccaso vangohg very big painting is nice" signed by minglee for $5 + $350 shipping to US.
Telling people where to find you when you move is important to make it work though but it is well worth that effort. |
