Looks very very clean and nice!!! Love the 'look and feel'!! I'm using Firefox with noscript (which let's me block unwanted Java and allow desired Java scripts). When I first clicked thru, it was a little slow to load (I'm on high-speed cable). The transition from page to page is also slow for me.

This very well could be because I'm only allowing your 'site' to run the java (blocked google and godaddy) - but I am probably NOT the only user deploying these tools!!

On my screen, there's a blue line over to the right that is vertical - about an inch. May be my settings, but if not - I think that would look cooler as the 'golden color' or even the 'red' vs. the blue!!! Just my thoughts!! :D :D

Best of efforts - you got a ton done with it so far!!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :mrgreen:

IE 6 here and ditto on the slow load (slow, but not painfully slow) and the huge line on the right appears "aqua" in color for me

Nice layout. And thanks for the banner at the bottom for ZenCart. I knew I was missing one but couldn't remember which one. Gotta get working on my store as well. Heck if nothing else we could build a mall with all these stores!!

Hello Bud,

I only did a quick look, but your store looks great. You have nice products. I too found that the page is slow loading. I'm on dial-up, but the page was slower than usual. I don't know why. Ditto on the Aqua bar on the right hand side, maybe red or black would be better. It would be nice if you could put info on that side of the page too. You put your returns info under terms of use. I would also put it under the "shipping and returns".

Question: The banner ads at the bottom of the page: Are those yours? Can you have your own affiliate banners there?

The page is a bit slow for me too, but that may be more to do with hosting several sites on my little corner of cyberspace, including a college football blog that has steady readership.

The color scheme was on the template and the red that was there was a pink. I looked like a early color tv soundstage. I felt i needed a crew cut and skinny tie before doing a comedy routine on Ed Sullivan. *rimshot*

That "Aqua" you see on the right is where the right hand boxes would appear. If you are familiar with osCommerce or ZenCart, they are filled with zencart logos or whatever osCommerce uses in default.

As far as the bottom banner goes, yeah they could be used for affiliate banners, that's all managed through the admin panel. I have on my Manhattan-sized white pages to do list, is to do two banners for my store brands, Bub's Discount Ban and Couch Potato Sports.

Your site is nice. The reader is COOL! I recently setup a store on HiBidder to sell my personal things, but I don't have anything in the store yet. It's something else I need to work on! haha.

Thanks Sandra! That reader is 'free' - so use as you choose!! One thing tho - it does 'allow' only 20 'views per day for free! (I learned that the hard way - :oops: :oops: )!! So - don't turn it on as your building cuz each time you look at your site it counts towards the 20!! :wink:
