Hi, I need some technical help! :)
My mother and I have been selling auction items and store items on Ebay. We're branching out to include 3 other sites now, in hopes of getting off Ebay soon.
Here's the dilemma:
We live 4 hours apart, and we're both listing, but we need a central point - preferably online - where we can track what items are listed and where.
I tried the spreadsheet idea already - 5 columns, one with listing titles and a column for each site. Then I put an X in the column if an item is listed on one of the 4 sites.
But what we really need is some sort of "real-time" hub that we can both sign into as we work, and be able to put a check or un-check items as they go off sale and are put back on again.
Is there any way to do this? Leaving notes all over Ebay items is just too unruly, and if we're both working on separate batches of items, it's just too chaotic to keep track.
Does anyone know of any online service or script that would enable us to both work from the same list and both be able to update it?
Many thanks in advance for your help! :) |

| Maybe you can try Google's online spreadsheets http://spreadsheets.google.com/ You guys can share the same google account and then be able to access the live spreadsheet. |

| I'll go take a look at that - if we don't come up with something we're going to kill each other, LOL!!! We're both driving each other nuts trying to keep track. |

with google spreadsheets I believe one
does not have to share the same account
but can supply each other their account
info like their email and then share the
spreadsheet. |

| I'm using Google spreadsheet but if anyone has other suggestions, please let me know. I didn't know if there were any online inventory utilities out there or not. :) For now, this will have to do! Thanks! |
