If they hit 2 million active listings before New Years eve 2006 then thats talking. Where is uBid, they seem to not care so far.

I highly suspect thatt UBid is gonna let Bidville sit until they get it all running to their liking. No use putting mega bucks into advertising when the site is not ready for real big traffic.

Traffic is picking up daily, since there is no way to tally sales I would suspect that 1 million sales happened awhile ago.

Many ebay sellers have jumped, OLA is in a very ugly state right now. BidVille is supposed to have their bulk converter running this week.

If you list it they will come.

tsk...tsk, mo...

OLA is a joke, Bidchaser or the site formerly known as Bidchaser is fixin' to collapse, and I imagine the holiday season will see quite a few of the current sites that are hanging on, gone.

Bidville will not only survive, but it will grow. I highly suspect UBid is working on the site in the background. I just wish they'd hurry up. They're gonna miss the holiday season, like they missed the eBay exodus.

It's still a very worthy site to list on, IMHO. Excellent rankings at froogle for TIN's and store items for sellers who are intelligent enough to write keyword rich (not stuffed) listings.

I'm still poised to list....still waiting....for a #3 site...tired of having to reshuffle my cards.

Sylvia, I was there for more then 6 months, I had 1 npb. I requested a refund, and was told that my fvf fee could be used for future fvf only. Waiting 6 months for a sale, and have to wait another how long??? And the rest of the time my items didn't even get looked at, let alone my store items appearing in google.

Their bookkeeping is screwier then ebays.

I don't wish BV ill. I don't wish any site ill. But they have a lot of changes to make before I will list at them again.

Their credit policy is clearly stated. Sorry you had to wait so long for a sale. Some of the rest of us didn't. I had mixed results myself. Others are very successful. As with most, it just depends on what you sell, I guess.

As for their bookkeeping. It's no screwier than anyone else's. Everyone's policy on credits seems to be different. Doesn't make it screwy.

2X month what? billing? if it's billing you're talking about, all it takes is getting used to. Yes, there are those who had problems and Yes there are those who never have. Same thing with my electric bill. I changed providers after my electric company couldn't get my bill right for 6 months. Looks like you made the right decision for your business.

I repeat, I'd go back in a heartbeat. Just waiting...

I pay once a month - $10.00 flat rate for a featured store. When I get some extra cash I may do the $100 a year thing and save some more. No final value fees, No listing fees on either my store items or my auctions. For what I have listed now, hesgay would cost me $100 or more in less than a month.
