This, along with the free ebay stores in China is just a cheap way of ebay attempting to lure more sellers into listing their items onto ebay india/china or wherever :oops:

One must realize, the sellers in the U.S. (which is where ebay started) are paying for all of these "branches of ebay" in other countries IMHO
