I refused to pay Ebay my last invoice on the grounds that they failed to provide service. I also closed my store and cancelled PayPal.
It is stated in the Outage Policy that fees will be credited for items listed during "TITLE SEARCH" outages.
Has anyone ever got a credit for this? LOL
I contacted CS about 45 times over email, but they just sent back canned responses. Never seemed to actually read my statements.
Now the Aholes have sent it to a collection agency. All this for $85.00.
I sent a letter to the agency disputing the charges.
I've heard of sellers getting credits, but they didn't offer me one. I asked. Not even an apology. I didn't sell 1 item out 350 listings in 3 months. Why do they actually expect me to pay for that? |
