An eBay seller with the User ID kmak333 was suspended by eBay on Wednesday because of VeRO violations. But although he can't access his account, his listings still are live on the site, so while shoppers can presumably still buy items from him, he has no way to fulfill those orders.
When AuctionBytes viewed the account on Thursday afternoon, there were a total of 46,526 active items, including 171 auctions.

:shock: Still active, yet not.
If my figures are correct, the sellers active items and auctions in fees alone are around $16,000 or more if merely listing stuff under 9.99 with no added enhancements :? Am I correct?
Now if a buyer comes along and purchases one of his items, then doesn't receive that item (due to seller being suspended and not able to confirm purchase or bid or buyer ID)...Guess what. That buyer's gonna leave neg FB for that suspended seller. :? |

While he seems unhappy that he has been suspended because, he says, he has always worked diligently with eBay's VeRO department, he is most concerned that shoppers are buying his items but he is unable to fulfill the orders or communicate with the buyers. "
What I would like to know is whether or not Ebay will charge a FVF on anything sold even though the buyer and seller can't complete the transaction! Smells fishy to me. |

I feel sorry for all the hours of lost work in his listings. Hopefully he has them all in a bulk lister
Just think of all the ebay messages that he CAN’T answer…”I paid yesterday where’s my DVD etc” AND not forgetting “if you don’t answer this ebay message I will report you to ebay”

You cant leave feedback on a NARU Seller or Buyer. Been there done that.
I been burned several times on that. |

My heart goes out to that seller!!
I can just imagine (actually I can't) what he must be going through,
being a conscientious seller,trying to figure out how to deal with all
the buyers who are wondering what is going on!! yikes!!
Ebay is nothing anymore, than a relentless nightmare for sellers,
especially for the GOOD sellers!! |
