Something is up...
And it's rotten...
In the past week, I have come to understand that if you are one of the fortunate ones to receive a well deserved vacation from the eBay Boards (insert sarcasm freely) and either a) ask for clarification, through email or b) are not taken off suspension after the time frame and ask for clarification, through email; you are given a big slap for "breaking board policy"??? With in many cases has led to complete banning from eBay altogether...
WTF?!?!?!
How in the hell is requesting information about your account, through the proper channels, in reference to your board usage at all a) breaking "board" policy or b) grounds to be NARU'd completely and lose your selling/buying rights on eBay???
I want to know if this has happened to you... Have you kept all correspondence? Sellers from the 2005 fiasco, did this happen to any of you? Something smells here, and it's not the Venice Beach trash...
This is definately news that investors need to know; including all the Powersellers that are going down this way... |

Hi...bottom line is this they have been targeting middle ground sellers for a while now..they will get you just on the ..."somehow interfering, causing a problem any reason" clause...there are so many rules/regulations now it is hard to keep up..all geared to the buyer..
I myself had a few run ins with them and discovered this time last year a first time slump in xmas sales in 7years....strange! to this day i still say I was blacklisted....they are targeting foreign sellers now and newbies for business...thats where the money is for them...Ijust recently in trying to resolve a billing error... "overcharged" have 10canned responses and shut down in live chat...from gold powerseller to zero.. |

There is a thread on the E sellers board where a seller woke up yesterday to find his store gone. When he questioned what happened, he was promptly NARU'd. The only thing anyone has been able to figure out is that he had posted a few questions on the board a couple of days earlier.

Things are really getting out of hand over there. It's scary.

yup, it's called extermination. That's true, when I asked for clarification on the pink slap. I got the suspended saying that I had been warned previously. The time span was about 10 minutes from initial pink slap to suspension. I would have to go back and look at my email timestamp between when I wrote and then when I was served the suspension.
It's basically because some of the pinks expect you to not only kiss their rumps but powder it too |
