I have a small non-commercial site that uses Coppermine gallery to display some school pictures.
With the Basic plan can I install Coppermine and a MySQL database for it?

The basic plan does not come with a MySQL database. You would have to use the Power hosting plan if you needed a MySQL database
Power hosting comes with Fantastico so you can auto install coppermine or the many other applications it supports. See the link for all the scripts you can autoinstall. http://www.powersellersunite.com/hosting/fantastico.htm |

OK it doesn't come with it, but is possible with CPanel to add one?
I like what you have to offer and am considering moving some other sites here.

That is why basic hosting is 4.99 it does not come with a database.
I can add a database to basic hosting but the price will be bumped up to 9.99 and then you might as well upgrade to power hosting because you get more disk space and unlimited email accounts. |

That's reasonable. I'll just work that into my plan.

| I can confirm that PSU has great customer service and support. I feel very comfortable with them, and recommend hosting with PSU. |

| Yes, if you want to good customer service, you'll get it with PSU. I don't think PSU ever sleeps!! I don't know how he has time to respond to all the posts, post new topics, & figure out everyone's bug problems. He's probably a genius :) |
