I have been thru the mill with ebay and paypal both, I have on 4 different occassions decided to let their injustices and unfair business practices go and move on. we had 4 accounts suspended costing us thousands with no real explanation. this occured after our battle with paypal and their illegal seizure of our accounts and reversals of transfers ( completed bank transfers without permission or warning) and contacts of our vendors telling them to return our payments to them back to paypal. they did not comply and 2 weeks later again completed transactions paypal reversed the money, what a friggin joke....long long story. both claim neither have to do with each other in regards to their involvement with us. but now Im tiffed and need some advise ASAP! I just had a friend a good friend who lives here in town and started selling our products on ebay get suspended. just minutes ago, because ....."association with a previously suspended member"!
we are at this point assuming they are referring to us, does anybody know any good legal attorneys who want to get their share of paypals behind. I am going to talk to our attorneys but I do know of a recent similar case with paypal involving 2 fellas that was settled out of court with several millions of dollars being paid to them. I do wish I knew who their attorneys were as they may be more prepared to assist us. I am pissed and will pursue this now to the day I breath no more. I cannot believe they are going after folks that are in our town, who buy from us and resell on ebay, this is unethical , unproffessional and it is time I step up to bat with these idiots for the sake of my clients. I am not going to stand for this any longer, so for the ebay snoops ( and I know you are in here) hear me roar. My attorneys will most definitely be in touch with you and your sister site paypal. Sorry PSU but I am HOT! anybody with any advise please PM us if anonimity is preferred. this i do understand at this point. How low will these people go and WHY!

| ya know what you are correct we are eliminating any reference to or advise as to selling on ebay. As I stated we had supported our sellers and tried to offer products to assist folks in their attempts to ebay. I had not even thought about the ebay books. HA what an oversight on my part, no I do not intend to shut them down we all know that is impossible, but I am going to protect our interests and see them in court. thanx for pointing out my over site :oops: POOF its gone, now I will contact our web design team in the AM andhave it removed completely from our site :evil: ...HA.....steve |

cannot give you any advise but i can tell you..I know that as far as the bank transfers..they are NOT a legal bank and your bank can stop them from interfering with that..that is against banking law...as they are not reconginzed as a bank..
i have not had much feedback here from this forum regarding my own "unfair business practises against me by the bay".. I too have some pretty curdling stuff happen to me, and have all proof saved..They put me out of business..I understand your anger..if you find a lawyer let me know..i am ready..definately ready. a class action only needs 1 or more to start.
Steve...incidently...my sis lives in your town...my mother is there visiting right now looking for a place to live.....and i have been forced to move out (as I have no business anymore that generates the income i need to live where i am at)..thanks to illicit controlling evilbay....and moving to your town also.. |

| I need to find the article in regards to 2 fellas who just recently settled out of court for around 10 mill I believe... it was for almost verbatum the same thing they did to us. Im hoping someone reads this and knows, I believe the article was posted in the washington post. cant remember, but I had red it here, just a few eeks ago....back then we had decided to just let it rest. no longer :evil: . thanx for the support ....steve |

Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior have sued Ebay, the online auctioneer in the fight against fakes.
Tiffany, the jeweller, has targeted Ebay in the courts earlier as well.
The two fashion labels filed a civil complaint in Paris over the summer in the belief that the products sold on Ebay bearing their names were fakes in the vast majority of cases.
Louis Vuitton, is demanding €20m, while Christian Dior is claiming €17m.
LVMH is demanding improvements in Ebay’s monitoring system, which it believes puts an unfair policing obligation on brand owners rather than the auction site itself.
Ebay is also coming under pressure on the issue of counterfeiting from Unifab, a French association for trademark holders.
Net2Phone has sued eBay and its Skype unit, alleging that they infringed on a patent it obtained in 2000 and seeking a permanent injunction as well as unspecified monetary compensation.
Net2Phone charged eBay and Skype with violating U.S. Patent 6,108,704, which describes a method for establishing a point-to-point communications link between two devices via Internet protocol.
Net2Phone and Skype compete in the VOIP (voice over Internet protocol) market. They provide services that let users talk to each other via the Internet using either PCs or telephones.
An eBay spokeswoman said the company hasn't been served with the complaint and can't comment on the lawsuit. Net2Phone didn't immediately return a call seeking comment. Net2Phone filed the lawsuit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

unfair business practises...overbilling...not abiding by their own writing terms of agreement..refusing me arbritation...loss of business...fraud....deception...illicit practises...violating third amendment rights...etc etc..

| the statement " just because you are paranoid does not mean they ar not out to get you applies to me rightnow" since mymention in the first post about one hour ago of "ebay snoops" I have recieved 3 emails , 2 from ebay and 1 from paypal. that is more than I have recieved in 3 monthsand over emails I had given up on being answered. | Until the media is involved and a REAL lawsuit is brought forth, im afraid very little will come of this.. They are very unfair and very one-sided.. My suggestion would be to contact the California distict attorney because they already have a file on Ebay and the complaints are on record there.. Im afraid for a lawyer to take on Ebay would be extremely expensive.. Class Action suit is an idea.. Contact some California senators.. |
