Since ebay is stealing ideas from amazon.. maybe they should steal the customer service ethic that amazon has.
i remember years ago ( i am sure we all do ).. when ebay had excellent merchant support.. and when they first bought paypal, paypal had excellent merchant support... my account reps were just a phone call away, and no matter what issue i had they handled it..
that was until ebay decided that sellers need ebay more then ebay needs them.. so ebay switched to kissing buyer's assses..
The last few weeks I have been dealing with amazon services to get my approval to sell toys and clothing.. Had to talk to amazon on the phone a few times.. finally got approved.. was sticky because i don't have UPC's.. seems that amazon has the crazy notion that they can provide a safe environment for both buyers and sellers, and provide both with customer support.. what a novel concept.. maybe ebay should steal this idea from amazon |
