I want to set up a 2nd store but I am not quite sure yet of
what I want to name it.
Can I change the name later??
the 2nd question is
What causes me to get caught up in a constant sign in loop?
This happened on Ecrater and here too until just now.
I have to go but will check back later for any posta.

not sure about your first question, but on the second one:
try clearing your browser's cache, it happened to me before & that fixed it for me. :) |

I agree with the cleaning the cache and/or the cookies. Any time I'm stuck in a loop-d-doo, it has everything to do with one or both of those!
I don't see nor do I remember a way to change a store name on eCrater....I'd try real hard to settle on this before you create it! I bet if you asked for help here, you'd get some great suggestions!! :D :D |

If you want to change the name of your ecrater store, I think you'd have to create a 2nd store with the new name (need a new email address to do that), copy and paste everything over to the new store, then delete the old account.
That's just my hunch, anyway - ecrater powers that be, wanna weigh in?
I need to know myself. Opened a 2nd crystal jewelry store, started stocking it, and had a falling out with my crystal supplier LOL...so we are not going to be using their products anymore, gotta start a 3rd store and delete #2 (sigh) |

| You really should get your name before you do anything. Store names can be changed but it must be done by the ecrater.com team - not something the seller can do. How fast that would happen depends on what all they have on their plate. Might be one week, maybe two. Just never know. |
