Since nobody else is reporting an issue, perhaps I am the only one suffering today???
I have a dozen packages awaiting shipment - but "PayPal shipping is not available, sorry for the inconvenience" - since this morning for me...
I tried the ol' standard clearing cache, cookies, internet buildup etc... to no avail. I visited the PayPal forum via their site - nobody else saying they have a problem.
Alternatively, I did download the new Shipping Assistant available on the usps website - it's very cool. I can now print media labels, parcel, first class, etc - and they only charge the same 14 cents PayPal has been charging for delivery confirmation... the only drawback is it only generates the label, you can't pay for it online.... oh well, it will get me out of this pinch today however!
At any rate - if someone else has successfully printed shipping via eBay/PayPal today - I'd be interested to know.

that is VERY interesting information. If what they say is true, this will be a big flying leap forward in the right direction for shipping services.
