Finally figured out that you only put the image file_name in the columns for thumbs and images.

Now, when I try to bulk upload, I am getting one of two errors:

(1) "Line 2: No product_full_image, No product_thumb_image," -- when I have these two columns set to 'required' in the configuration, I get this error.

(2) "cannot find server, page cannot be displayed, http://www.same-rainbows-end.com/administrator/index2.php" -- when I set the two image columns to "not required", I get this error.

I've tried increasing the server timeout to 3600 for the second one -- no joy.

All my images are loaded in the correct directory.

HELP!! Thanks.

First we need to know what program/site you are trying the CSV with. They all work a bit differently. When we have that info, someone will probably be able to help you out.

OK,

I don't have any experience with the PSU stores, but I know there are several here that will be able to help you out. I do have some CSV experience with some of the other auction/listing sites.

If you don't get help with this post, try posting in the PSU stores forum, as I think it would be spotted there quicker.

Thanks, Carol.

I think it's a problem with the timeout. I will post in the other forum.
