Just stumbled on SafePay Solutions https://www.safepaysolutions.com/index.php
Has anyone used them successfully?
Your feedback and reviews are most welcome.
Does not seem to have "chargebacks" like moneybookers.

Did my own research and found out that they really suck.
Lots and lots of complaints on other forums.
I guess the only real way is for google checkout to go international.

my best friend takes greenbacks in payment from overseas buyers. it used to be illegal to send em thru the USPS, but i cant find anything on their site which sez it is anymore.
