I'm not sure which carts do this, but I know some carts have a RSS feed maker (not sure that's the real name for it) and that is supposed to be able to be used at Froogle. I think it's a "mod" for the cart.
Yah, the Base connector is only for eBay and Yahoo stores and just a couple of others.
