About 3 weeks ago I sent a bulk file of my inventory to ecrater's admin (there isn't an option to load it yourself).
The file has still not been loaded, and I've gotten no response to 2 follow-up emails that I've sent.
Has anyone had success with sending a file and having it uploaded? And if so how long did it take?
I'm very anxious to get started on eCrater, but have found this period of waiting and no response to be very frustrating.

I sent a bulk file last summer sometime and it only took a day or so. I don't know why it should have taken so long other than this is a busy time of the year for most of us.
