| Is anyone having problems loading pictures. I never had to down size the size. But Im doing that. And still. Its taking forever. Or giving me error messages. Even erasing old ones and adding. Just not going through. |

Hi Justgreat,
I always crop my pictures because I'm only allowed a certain amount of upload bytes per month. My service provider is the only one I can get because we live in the country, so I have to live with it.
The only time I had trouble downloading a picture to ecrater was when I cropped a picture and saved it in .gif instead of .jpg format. Each picture can only be 1MB and a .gif pic can be 3MB.
I don't know if this helps but that is the only problem I've ever had with ecrater.

I can't list. Its taking forever. I can't add extra pictures. I gave up. Its been hell for me this morning.
I never had to lower the pixels before today, then last night it started acting up. I lowered them and still nothing. One took, no joke. 15 minutes to load a new item.
I wrote to support. Ill let you know if I hear something. Hugs! |

I just tried uploading a pic for a test and it seemed to work fine. Was a 1600x1200 jpg file and was about 400k and I had no error messages.
Hopefully, support will be able to find out the problem for you. |

I've also loaded a few today there and always use .jpg files. I didn't 'notice' any issues, but the site speed was slower than earlier in the week!
I too hope you hear from support soon so you can move forward!! I also hope this helps!! |
