I got these two emails from someone named Joan----- saying Bidville has been abandoned, and it only has porn left on it, and I probably should leave. It wasn't threatening.

What is this? :?:

I looked, and have seen other people selling children's books,..but I myself have only sold 3 childrens books on Bidville in a year.

One was a no pay. :(

Anyway, has anyone else been contacted by Joan----?

Hi there, it was me Justjoansetc at Bidville, you didn't read far enough in what I said.
I was referring to an MSN GROUP that you joined and that group was put up by a no longer seller at bidville and has just been let go to anybody who wants to post there.

Go look you are a member, and if you want your name associated with what has become a group that posts porno and really bad stuff then fine.

I have written to MSN asking them to do something about that group cause it's a bad bad reflection on Bidville...

So sorry for the confusion, this is not about Bidville AUCTIONS, it is about a group on MSN.
I was just trying to let you know your name and links to auctions is showing there along with this trash..
Once you go to the group above you will see exactly what I'm saying.

LOL! Joan is right, I found that site and there are singles groups and 'ladies of the internet' advertising on it! I was kinda shocked, because it looks like these folks are BV sellers!

This is the answer I got from MSN, and hope they do find a way to delete it...
And do hope any bidvillers who are still members will get themselfs out of there fast.

This group was started by a person who has abandoned it, and it is no longer a Bidville group, and now porno and every kind of trash is listing on it.
How can I get this site deleted...or the name not showing as it is. I am not a member but I am a seller on Bidville Auctions and this is bad bad for our auction site.

It was good of you to do that, Joan..it really was a shock to me and I'm sure to everyone who sees it. Not good for BV's reputation. I hope they close the site...who is the Joan who posts on there so much, did you write to her?

I have no idea who that person is and the last thing I would do is post to them, open a flood gate of more of the spam I get too much of anyway...
Just want to see that site gone gone gone.
