hi i returned from germany with many item to sell i opened store with ecrater and began listing all seemed well untill i logged on and preview the items i listed and noticed that the pictures i uploaded were not there only the default pictuer and when you click on that picture it jumps to the top of page and and does not open to view larger picture at the top of the page where pictures should be it reads popUp.document.write(" "); popUp.document.write(""); popUp.document.close(); }

panzerdealer, I'm in Thailand and having the same problem. I've pretty much given up on ecrater (after 3 of the last 6 days not being able to upload photos) and am going to try BluJay instead.
Sorry you're having the same problem. To me, it sounds like it might work for US sellers but, for some reason, overseas sellers have problems with it?? Don't know why that would be, but your the third overseas seller in the last 24 hours that has had the same problem. |

I know they have to be jpg.
Bangkok bint is right they aren't having out of the USA list that I know of yet. |

tsurfer, thanks for the link, but there's nothing wrong with my photos. Sometimes they upload, sometimes they don't - it's definitely an ecrater problem as it's the ONLY website I'm having problems with.
It's a pity, but I've just stopped adding new items. |
