When I was looking for a script for my auction site, I checked them out. I asked pre-sales questions via their instant chat. After answering each question I had, the rep asked if I was "ready to order now" and asked for my credit card info. I kindly said no. Their response was, "I need your phone number". I told them I wasn't going to give them my phone number. 4 months later I still get emails from them which go straight to my junk mail folder. What a horrible experience.

Needless to say, I didn't buy their software. I felt like like I walked into the web equivalent of a sleazy used car lot.

Well, I just checked my spreadsheet - and apparently either this is the first I've heard of them, or the last time I didn't think it worth the time to record a note. I think I will, now...

Hi Purple... yes I know...

Well their site is working now, but seems strange to me that there is no index.* page? or the redirect don't seem to work, well at least not with Safari. So it just make me wonder a bit...
