Hey rhonda39520!

To the best of my knowledge, the hosting and store that PSU provides is 100% legitimate and above board. I'm positive that there is some sort of misunderstanding.

As for contacting PSU with your concerns, there are several ways to do so. You could send a private message (PM), to psunite.

You could also email PSU at: hosting@powersellersunite.com

Additionally, you can follow this link for hosting support:
http://www.powersellersunite.com/support.php

It sounds as though you were originally on the $99.99 yearly plan that PSU provides, and that the yearly billing cycle came due again.

Again, I'm sure that there is a misunderstanding that will be quickly rectified if you contact PSU.

Good luck! Smile

OR

You could simply initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer.

You also need to go into Paypal and remove them from your subscriptions.

Hi Rhonda..I will do a report on this for
you and please contact PSU admin here as well.
I don't have a store at this time, but I believe
there is a mistake or something here. Anyway,
it must be taken up with PSU admin/staff.
Thanks,
Lana

This is a very good point Lady*Belle.

Annual billing (subscriptions), occur routinely with many online services. I've run into this problem myself. I once had a subscription to a site that I eventually cancelled at the site. BUT, I neglected to end the subscription at PayPal, and was socked with the recurring yearly fee. To completely end the situation, I had to go into PayPal and delete the subscription.

This type of thing can cause a lot of angst and ill will. We're seeing a bit of that here with rhonda39520 and PSU. It's also been seen with folks at OLA.

It's important to cancel the annual service on both ends... where the service originated, and where the service is billed.

If not, a lot of misplaced and mistaken blame is placed on the service provider, as has been the case with PSU most recently, OLA in the past, and others.

rhonda39520
We did cancel your hosting. You needed to cancel your paypal subscription on your end. We did not request any payment from you. Your paypal account sent it to us and we never even accepted it. I see that you were able to cancel the subscription and payment on your end.

Not sure why you are having trouble contacting us. You have emailed us several times when you had questions in the past.
