We have been selling on AM since last fall; and for the most part our sales on AM have been fairly close to those on feebay. Due too this success; we then decided about 6 weeks ago to increase immensely our listings on AM hoping for increased sales on AM. We have not made a single sale on AM in over a month; even though most of our listings are appearing in google base feed. Are we the only one experiencing the same situation? If it wasn't for our website sales and feebay; we would be in a bad situation.

Thanks!
Ron

Sales have slowed down for me on every venue, including AM. I'm hoping it turns around soon.

Our sales have fallen off a cliff.

Everything is almost at a standstill. We made a couple of sales at AM last week, but for awhile there we were getting at least one sale a day, sometimes more. No sales at B. Very few sales at eBay - maybe 1/4 of what it has been for a couple months.

It's dire, folks. Sad

We don't know what to do anymore. We've tried everything everyone has suggested. Sad

Sales are HIDEOUS -- everywhere including Atomic Mall. Actually, this has been our worst month on Atomic Mall since we started with them. (Right now, I can't even seem to log in to AM, but I don't think that is the problem.)

Sales have slowed for me at the sites I use - AM, eC and PH. attribute this to all those tax-payers and of course, tightening belts in this economy.

I do have a typical slow-down right about now each year. I have always assumed the start of summer/nice weather has folks out of the home and into the outdoors. Confused Wink

Usually we don't get a slow down until about July -- this year it seems to have come early.

It does vary from seller to seller and I do think a lot of it is seasonal. As for site numbers, our gross sales have increased month over month from February through April, with Feb showing a very slight decline from January. When adjusted for daily averages over a 30-day month, February shows a slight gain over January:

Feb vs Jan: -0.3% (actual)
Feb vs Jan: +6.8% (adjusted)
Mar vs Feb: +24.7%
Apr vs Mar: +5.9%

Are those gross sales percentages by dollar value or number of items? March looks amazing - what is it if you adjust for Feb/Mar differences in days? (mostly curious if the growth is actually more linear than that, or if March really did show a peak)

The percentages refer to dollar value. I'm not sure what the Feb/Mar comparison is for an adjusted Feb, but it's probably a few points less.

Sales have been pretty steady especially considering the time of the year...been busy this week with my daughter being here and handling sales, including another 9-10 from AM...2 of them mid level transactions (between 50-75 dollars) but one was for almost 250 dollars.....I expect that as the weather cools down, things will heat up at AM....

Don't ask for stats, they'll just type some numbers and hit submit.

Or just type in an insult about Atomic Mall and hit submit. You do not need facts, just make something up, right arcane?

Still trying to bring down Atomic Mall because you have a personal issue? Is your ex girlfriend going to come in here next and take a shot or will it be a sibling next time?

The fact is, I get sales at Atomic Mall wheras no other site generated those sales.

If you had given AM a chance instead of throwing a hissy fit because you could only get 2000 items listed for free (actually 4000 items for free because you had a charter membership) you might have discovered why sellers who give AM a real shot stick around. You didnt and now that is the end of it. You traded a poor decision for some petty revenge that didnt hurt AM at all (in fact, your charter membership was given to a happy customer). Why not admit your own mistake and move on?

If you have REAL problems with AM state them of course. But dont make up tales and expect not to get called out.
