I believe you Jimmy.

When OLA takes you to court, and you are faced with thousands of dolllars for lawyers and court costs, you'll stand tall and say "Take Me On".

When a judge orders you to shut down the blog, you'll proudly refuse and go serve your time with your head held high.

OLA just have to complain to google.You will be shut down.If you are using your personal gmail account you will loose that too.

If you don't like a site don't sell there.Move on, rather than whining.

OLA can sue you also.Even though they may not get any judgement, it may still cost you good amount in court & lawyer fees.

If you are rich. I say go for it.

When I didn't like ebay policy changes and fee increase I moved to ecrater and bonanzle.So my advice leave OLA alone.Any alternate site that will counter balance ebay monopoly is good.

There are already lot of OLA threads running on psu itself & lot of psu bandwidth is used for these useless threads.Please discuss something that help other sellers.

jimmy d. even though I agree people have a right to their opinion, they do not have a right to take others post and post them on their blog. I am asking you to remove my post from your blog immediately, the post is for PSU and their TOS, you do not have my permission to use my statements or opinions on your blog. Please remove it immediately.

This whole thing smells like llama manure and broomsticks. Sorry but, it just seems there is a newbie a week arriving at PSU with a new(sort of) tactic. Very detracting from sincere efforts.
